These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Not medical advice, not birth control
Aylin is a calendar for your own records. Forecasts and the fertile days and ovulation estimates are calculated from the cycle lengths you mark; they are estimates, not measurements, and must not be used as birth control. Aylin does not diagnose anything and does not replace a doctor. If you are worried about your cycle, talk to a healthcare professional.
Your records
Your records are stored only on your iPhone. If you delete the app or choose “Delete all data”, they cannot be restored. Export your records from time to time if you want a copy.
Purchases
Aylin Plus is a one-time, non-subscription purchase handled by Apple. It unlocks the doctor report, charts, extra reminders, your own symptoms, and themes and icons. Marking days, the forecast, history, reminders and export stay free. You can restore the purchase from the purchase screen. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
