The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is specific to this app.

The game

Backgammon: Fair Dice & Nardy is a board game for entertainment and learning. Points in the game have no money value; there are no bets, coins or prizes.

Dice

Before each game the app seals the sequence of rolls and shows its fingerprint; after the game you get the key to check every roll. Neither the computer's level nor any purchase changes the dice.

Purchases

• Pro is a one-time purchase: no ads and unlimited hints, for as long as you use the app with the same Apple ID. Boards are bought separately, also once.
• Purchases are processed and refunded by Apple under its rules; restore them in Settings → Restore purchases.

Free version

The free version shows a short ad after every second game (never during a game) and gives 3 hints a day against the computer, plus 3 for an optional video. The ad schedule and the hint limit may change in future versions.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep the rules, the computer and the statistics correct, but we do not guarantee that the app is free of errors. Hints, the coach and the game review are advice, not a promise of a result.
